Announcement: Travel grants for students

We received 182 proposals for presentations. Three kinds of presentations have been chosen in order to maximize discussions :

  • Oral presentations of 10 minutes each (timing will be strict)
  • Pecha Kucha of 6’40 min and 20 slides. The slideshow has to be sent to the organizers before the 7th of May in order to prepare the video editing ([email protected])
  • Posters will be organized per theme. Every day, a session of one hour will be dedicated to the posters (40 min around the posters, 20 min of discussion in the plenary session). Posters have to be in portrait format, with the following size: 80 cm wide and 120 cm high. We suggest that authors also bring a printed version (A4) of their posters to distribute to interested colleagues during the conference.
