First, thank you very much for all the contributions received for the next AWRANA meeting! We are glad for this great response from the wear and residue community!
The Organizing Committee would like to announce some important information regarding the development of the congress:
Firstly, to guarantee the maximum security and comfort of the participants, we needed to change the conference dates. Thus, the meeting will finally be held from April 4th to 7th, 2022. An abstract book will be published with the final schedule, including the order of Sessions and oral communications.
Also, due to the large number of submissions received, the OC has decided to standardize the presentation time for all submitted contributions (oral and initially Pecha Kucha), which is now set to 10 minutes. The following standards must be observed for the posters: A0 metric format, portrait orientation, and free background.

Please be aware that to participate to the conference, you must be an active member of AWRANA. To pay the membership fee, go to this link: www.awrana.org/membership. You can see the state of your membership renewal on the members’ page of the AWRANA website.
In case you are a new AWRANA member, welcome! The AWRANA membership lasts for three years. Membership fees contribute towards the operating costs of the AWRANA conference organization and awards for students travelling to the AWRANA conferences. Once you have received confirmation of the payment of your membership fee, to be included in our member database, please fill out the new members’ information form, available at www.awrana.org/membership.
